Our innovative approach to marketing makes us a leading and profitable provider of membership programs to Internet websites.

We are seeking an exceptional Desktop Support Engineer who will work primarily in a desktop support role. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the challenges experienced in an expanding business.

  • Roll out new desktops and laptops to multiple network locations
  • Open and manage the resolution of hardware trouble tickets from start to finish
  • Complete daily operational tasks as specified by our operations standards

Required background and qualifications include:
  • Requires a knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing end-user workstations in enterprise networks
  • Requires a detailed working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, and IIS 5.0/6.0 and Microsoft Exchange
  • Requires a working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals
  • Requires the ability to own user requests from start to finish – “hand-offs” or escalations to higher level support will be available, but not the norm.
  • Detailed working of Windows XP deployment methodologies and scenarios is strongly preferred. Microsoft desktop support certification a bonus.
  • BS/BA degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing end-user workstations preferred
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications are desired

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability are a must!
  • Must have well-developed time management skills.
